Nepal Embassies & Consulates
You can obtain a tourist visa at any Nepali High Commission or Consulate
in your home country. You can also get a visa while you are in India at
the Nepalese Embassy.
Visa applications are accepted from 10:00 to 13:00, and you can pick it
up the following day from 10:00 to 11:00.
You can get a visa at the border or at Kathmandu airport, but you should
have US dollars with you, because other currencies are not accepted. There
is also a 25% surcharge when you apply for the visa at the airport.
